Overview
We have a “No Refund” policy on our flowers. All our orders are customized based on customer requests and by concluding on an order and making payment, you agree not to make changes to your order.
To be eligible for a gesture of goodwill, your item mustn’t have left our flowershop and your order must not be within 24 hours of payment. We would apply a handling fee which is a % deducted from your payment.
Flowers are perishable luxury items and can’t be kept for more than a certain period of time. Also, helium balloons are customized and blown to suit customer needs. As such, changes can’t be made to such order, neither can refund be made.

Refunds
Once we agree(based on our gesture of goodwill) to make a refund, we would notify you of the % of handling charge to be deducted, after which, we will send you a message to notify you and request your account details for the refund.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved for a refund, the refund will be made to only the original method of payment, within 1-2 business days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a WhatsApp message to 08173477513.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and send directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the agreed return value. We would maintain a credit account for you to use within 3 months.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the agreed refund amount to the gift giver and they will be informed about the refund as well.
